Is it possible for my employer to cover the cost of my coaching program?
Many organizations provide professional development funding for leadership coaching, consulting sessions, and related development services. Some organizations pay the provider directly, while others reimburse employees after payment. Speak with your supervisor in the Human Resources Department to confirm eligibility, funding options, and next steps.
Do you offer workshops?
Yes, we offer workshops as part of our leadership development services.
Do you prefer in-person or virtual facilitation?
We offer both. The format is recommended based on your program goals, group size, and content. After a discovery call, we recommend the best option and proceed with planning. To begin, schedule a discovery call.
How do we begin the process of an organization audit?
The process begins with a discovery call to understand your goals, needs, and scope. Based on this, we outline the approach and next steps, then proceed with planning and execution.
Do you consult/coach in any other language?
Currently, English is the only language; however, many of our other products can be purchased in other languages.
Is there a no-show or cancellation fee?
Yes, we will allow the reservation to be changed or canceled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellation/No-show/change after 24 hours will result in a $50 fee.
Can I get a refund on a digital product?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available once the product is downloaded or the code is used. If the code has not been redeemed, a full refund can be issued within 24–48 hours of your request. Each code generates one report, and unused codes do not expire.
